A good paint job is mostly prep. We protect your floors and furniture, patch and sand where needed, caulk the gaps, and then paint with quality materials so the finish looks right and lasts.
Doing floors too? We can paint and do your flooring as one project, with one crew and one schedule.
Older home? Houses built before 1978 may have lead-based paint. LCH is an EPA RRP lead-safe certified company and follows lead-safe work practices when a job calls for it.

Do you paint whole houses or just single rooms?
Both. We paint single rooms and full interiors: walls, ceilings, trim, and doors.
How much does interior painting cost?
It depends on the size of the rooms, ceiling height, how much patching and prep the walls need, trim and doors, and the number of colors. We'll give you a written proposal after a free estimate.
Can you paint and redo my floors in the same project?
Yes. Painting and flooring together is what we do, so you're not coordinating two different contractors.
My house is older. Is lead paint a concern?
Homes built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. LCH is an EPA RRP-certified company and follows lead-safe work practices on those projects.
