About us
Locally owned. Veteran-owned.
LCH Painting & Flooring is a Salem, NH company owned by Brad Lyman, Jacob Cunningham, and Calvin Higginbottom. LCH comes from their last names.
We do flooring and painting for homeowners across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts: hardwood refinishing, hardwood and vinyl plank installation, epoxy floors, and interior painting.
Finding a contractor you can count on shouldn't be a hassle. So we keep it simple. You get a real estimate, a clear written proposal, a crew that shows up on time, and updates the whole way through. We clean up every day, and we tell you the truth about what your floors and walls actually need.
We're fully insured and an EPA RRP lead-safe certified company, so older homes and buildings are covered too.

“Let me start by saying that a portion of the floor was supposed to be replaced … After the first hour they called me in the room and to show me that I didn't need the section replaced after all. That saved me some money and they did not have to do that. … They cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job.”
“The LCH team did a great job matching my white oak and red oak flooring and changing the scope of the project at the last minute. They did a beautiful job replacing damaged flooring as well. Cleaned up everyday and kept me updated with great communication.”
“Very happy I went with LCH for my LVP install for my kitchen remodel project. Due to other contractors being in and out of the house constantly, they came and finished the job in one day which was a huge help for us planning the rest of the project.”
“They arrived on time with everything they needed and got right to work. They did an amazing job, stripping our floor, staining it and refinishing it. The mess was minimal.”
